Marketing & Events Assistant

Posse Global is looking for a Marketing & Events Assistant to join the Posse Global Team! You will be responsible for helping strategize and implement all things marketing and events related. Such as; promotions, social media, print marketing materials, as well as coordinating local promotional efforts and events.

The Marketing & Events Assistant position can be a Full-Time or Part-Time role depending on candidate’s availability and will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative and critical thinking person who is good on their feet, and efficient multitasker. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Social media content and strategy

  • Schedule weekly Instagram posts with Later

  • Design/create social media content

  • Build connections with venues and collaborators for events

  • Event curation and strategy

  • Assist in writing copy: Website, Social Media Posts, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Creative thinking (being able to think outside the box)

  • Multitasker

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Later and Canva

  • Great under pressure

  • Presentation skills

  • Content Curation 

  • Proficient in Instagram, Tiktok, etc.

Compensation:

  • $20 an hour

  • Full-Time or Part-Time

  • Hybrid schedule
